Linking excel products together

If someone can help, I would be very grateful.

Problem:
I have sixteen different excel workbooks that differen
individuals out in the area are updating with data. All the data is o
the same nature, i.e. Name, Number, etc.... I would like to have all o
these workbooks update one main workbook that would combine all o
these together on one worksheet. I then would sort the data for easie
prossessing.

Again, any help would be greatly appreciated.
