I need Visio to link my Contacts List data contained in an Excel spreadsheet
which consists of name, phone number, and email address from my Excel
spreadsheet to my Shape's Shape Data Field which is a Variable List type
field. If I can get this linked, instead of having to type in the new
persons name and contact information into each Shape every time a new person
is added, I can just add the new name and contact inormation once to my
Master Spreadsheet list, then their names would automatically show up in the
in the pull-down selection list for each Shape in my diagram.
