Linking Excel to Access Problem with Text

I have linked to excel and am finding the text cells are truncated in Access.
The data type is memo.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Lex,

According to http://support.microsoft.com/?id=839785 that's the way it
is.

The official work-round is to import the data instead of linking, but
it's also possible to use Automation to get the individual cell values
direct from the worksheet.
