Linking Excel, Word, & Outlook Express email address entries

Is it possible (and practical) to link an email address field in an Excel
workbook to an email address field in a Word table, and to an Outlook Express
address book, such that updating an email address in the primary program
(Excel) the new address would be propagated into the other program files?

No. You might be able to link them in Excel and Word, but Outlook Express
doesn't really interface.
Your best bet is to choose where to keep your contact information, and use
it there. For instance, if you don't have Outlook, I would use Excel, and
then use mail merges to get that information into Word...
If you have Access, however, there's a sample Contact management database.

I was afraid the answere would be 'no', but I have gotten the solution to
other Microsoft program related problems in the past and thought I should at
least find out by asking. Incidentally, I have Outlook as part of
Microsoft's Office, but prefer Outlook Express. I prefer Anytime Deluxe
because of the way it handles calendar and contacts information.

Thanks for your quick response.
