I have a form with a drop down box in it call that form (b), the drop down is
actually from another form which has multiple records in it form (a) as users
input into form (b) they click the drop down nd select from a list which is a
list of all the records in form (a) all well and good. The records on form
(a) also have a field for each of them which is a yes no (check box) to say
whether the item is live or not, as users click the drop down on form (b) I
want to be able to automatically link another option box or something like on
form (b) which shows them instntly whether the record they have selcted from
the list is live or not on form (a) I have confused myself, if anyone can
understand this and knows how to do it please let me know.
I basically wanta firled to look up a field in one form take that number and
tell me what the live field says for that record on another form (table).
