linking forms

I have several forms in my database which all have the same first 4 fields
(first name last name etc). i have 2 questions:
1. is it possible to put a button in a form that sends me from form A to
form B?
2. if this is possible, how do i set up access to automatically fill in
these first 4 fields that are identical as well as other identical fields
that i want in both forms?
