Linking Infopath to Excel for Calculations

Hello -

I have an infopath form that users fill out to request changes to a document. There are three different kinds of requests, and each kind of request has a different delivery time frame. For example, request A will be completed by the following Monday. Request B will be completed before the monthly meeting, etc. I've created an excel document that calculates these completion dates based on the date the form is filled out.

I've already linked the Excel and InfoPath documents, but when I run the form, it gives me this error. "InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:

Your session has timed out because of inactivity."

My excel document is uploaded to sharepoint, and I linked my InfoPath form to it using the Data Connections. Despite the error, my dates still populate correctly. Can anyone help me get rid of this error message?

Thank you!
