Linking multpile tasks to the same date

I am attempting to link the same task (review meeting) in multiple sub tasks.
Each of the sub tasks have the same sequence of events (they are tracking
drawing develepment for an item). I would like to have the review meeting
held on the same day for all of the sub tasks. If one of the subtasks is
delayed, I'd like to see the meetings for all of the subtasks adjust to the
flow of the subtask with the latest meeting date based on the task durations
of the delaying subtask. It almost seems like you would need to create a
circular link to get this to work, but that is not allowed. I've done a
search of the discussion group and didn't find anything related to this
problem. Let me know if you need further details...

Questions for you to ponder:

: Is there one meeting or many meetings?
: Why are you making "sub tasks"? You probably ought not do that since
the parent is a sub task is by definition a summary task which in itself
is not a real task and if you make predecessor/sucessor with summary
tasks you'll only create issues.
: Are you clear about what tasks are predecessors to the meetings?
That's the way forward to make this work.
