linking one comment to two places

Is there a way to insert a comment and make it link to
two different places in the report? This would save time.
Thanks.

Hi LeAnne

No, you can't have one comment pointing to two places. But you can copy and
paste comments. Before you begin, if you have Word 2002 or 2003, use Tools >
Options > Track Changes to turn off the balloons.

You'll now see a comment marker like [STK1] (using your initials, not
mine!). Copy that whole marker, and you can paste it anywhere you choose.

There is, however, a difference between a comment you type using Insert >
Comment and a comment that you paste. When you select some text and choose
Insert > Comment, the comment applies to the selected text. When you paste,
the comment isn't marked against any particular text, and I know of no way
to allocate a pasted comment to a section of text.

Hope this helps.
