linking Outlook 2003

Hi, I spent some time building a database using linked Outlook contacts as
one of the main tables in my database (i'm very much a beginner, so bear with
me). This was using Outlook & Access 2000. I've now upgraded to 2003
Office, and much to my despair, have found that the File As field is no
longer one of the fields available to me when I link the Contacts Folder in
Outlook. Does anyone have any suggestions that don't involve VBA? I'm
thinking of actually exporting the contacts folder to another Access Database
& then creating a "File As" Field in the new database, and then linking it.
It will mean that I will have to have an export procedure to keep my Access
contacts up to date, but it's the best that I can come up with????
