We use Outlook and Access 2007 and MS Exchange Server. I would like to link
my contacts in my Access Database, but when I use the link tool, the Notes
field does not come in. Ironically if I import the contacts address book, I
am able to pull in all of the fields.
Does someone know how to program a link to Outlook Contacts so that the
Notes field displays in Access and it can be edited there. We are wanting to
use Acces to share this information.
Or is there something simpler like a setting or a reference that keeps these
fields from coming in?
