Hi!
I created a database on the hydrants of a city. For each hydrant, there is a
plan of the surroundings indicating its position in the city. Instead of
creating an Ole container control for each hydrant, I created a textbox in my
hydrant table containing the path of the desired plan. Then, in my report, I
refer to the path and the plan appears, with other hydrant information. It
worked perfectly when the plans were in .jpg . The plans are to no longer be
in .jpg but now in .pdf and it does not work. I get a runtime error 2114
saying that Access doesn't support this format. I'm using access 2000...
Is there a way to make this work, or do I have to change the format of the
new plans?
Will I have the same compatibility problem if I use a .dwg (autocad
extension)?
Thanks for helping!!!
