Linking Pictures to a cell

I am trying to make a dynamic organizational chart with employee
pictures in Excel. I have a large number of images of employees that I
would like to link to cells so that I can simply change the name or
employee number of a person on the Org chart and the picture changes
automatically. Has anyone figured out a way to do this or something
like it?

Harry,

If you can wait until Tuesday, I have an example workbook at work that I
will email you. The workbook uses the worksheet change event to change the
pictures.

I have the same problem with Alex regarding the linking and change
picture...May I have the example workbook ?
