Linking spreadsheet to web page

I am currently creating multiple web pages that have drop down boxes and
textboxes. I need help linking the cells of my excel spreadsheet into the
drop down boxes and to the textboxes. I want to be able to select the item
out of the drop down box and the additional information auotmatically appears
in the textboxes. I am very new to vbscript and javascript so any
programming information is needed!!!! Thank You so much!!!!
