Linking Task to Account

I'm having some trouble with Outlook Task Linking. I create a Task in BCM
2007 Accounts and assign it to an employee to complete. When the employee
gets the Outlook Task Assignment, the Outlook Task 'Link to Record' field is
blank (so the employee does not know which BCM 2007 Account record the Task
is linked to without running a report.) When you run the Report, it shows
the Linked Account. What am I missing?
