linking text and numbers

below is an example of my problem

A1 B1 C1 D1
M. HALL 195 1600

On entering M. HALL I need the figures in cells B1 and C1
to be entered automatically.

Also need a macro to sort data as it is being entered
using D1 column.

Hi
and there do you have a lookup table for these values?. (e.g. how
should Excel know what the correct figures are). You may have a look at
VLOOKUP for this
