Linking Text Together/ Creating Custom Menus

I am trying to make a shape that will pop a menu up for the end user to enter a name and have that name appear in three different text fields around the shape.

I thought about that, but I was unsure as to how I would do that. I can't figuer out how to point the text field to that location..

Try Insert \ Field \ Custom Property ... if no custom properties show, then
they are probably on the parent group shape, so you'll have to the shape
ID!prop.myprop in yourself.

I thought about that, but I was unsure as to how I would do that. I can't

figuer out how to point the text field to that location...

I can not get it to display more then one field nor can I edit tat field. I can not locate the shapesheet for the field or anything to say that it is even in the shapesheet..
