linking themes

I have been trying to use a theme supplied by Front Page, the only thing that
I get is the background color, all the rest of it is not linked, banners,
buttons, ect. How do I link them all? Thanks, Ken

You will not see the other features until you create a Navigation View of your pages and apply Nav Bars and Banners to the pages
