Linking to a txt file which is Located on the Internet

I wonder,
Is it possible using VBA and Ms Access to Link to a txt file which is
located on a web address. For example http://www.mysite.gr/Myfile.txt
to connect to myfile.txt and use it Linked such as you do with a file
located in you PC or somewhere in a LAN?
