Linking to Backend

Access 2003. How may I link to my backend using pathname format of:

\\servername\sharedfolder name
\\hqserver\Human Resources\Databases\HR_be.mdb

rather than having to use

H:\Human Resources\Databases\HR_be.mdb

It seems that the Linked table manager only allows the "H:" form of the path.

Just navigate to the folder via Network Neighborhood - Entire Network.

When you use the linked table manager, be sure to put a check in the box at
the bottom ('always prompt for location', or something).

Then use My Network Places to navigate to the backend - that'll use the UNC
pathname.
