linking to parent page and previous and next pages

Adding back and next links to the parent page in frontpage 2000 was very
friendly. Now I have upgraded to frontpage 2003 and having problems. I have
several pages under the parent page. Am tring to link the pages with back
and next and up to the parent page. I use the navigarion under insert.
Tried several methods, but all fail. Need some serious help. Thanks.

Am running Windows XP home edition

Did you enabled Nav bars under Tools Page Options Authoring Author time Web components
