Linking to remote images in e-mails

I'm trying to figure out, in Outlook 2003, how you can display an image from
a remote webserver in an e-mail without attaching the image. Setting the
e-mail format to HTML doesn't allow me to enter HTML to display the e-mail.
(I.E. <IMG SRC="http://cybertootie.com/images/image.png">) Is what I'm trying
to accomplish possible in Office 2003? If so, how?

Dunno whether it's possible, but LOTS of antivirus and child filters will
prevent images from displaying and at least flag e-mail with HTML tags as
potentially dangerous. Speaking for myself, my e-mail is set up to put any
arriving e-mail with HTML or any file attachments from people not in my
address book straight into the spam folder.
