Linking to specific Excel spreadsheet from Access form

My access db relies on information that first must be reformatted using
Excel. On my Add New Record form, I want to link to this Excel spreadsheet
using a command button. How do I specifiy the specific spreadsheet to be
called up? I'm assuming I'll use an On Click procedure, but need help
writing the Visual basic code. Thanks

If you wish to open the specific spreadsheet using a command button,
you can use:
Application.Followhyperlink "Path to spreadsheet\SpreadsheetName.xls"

You could also link to the spreadsheet using an OLEUnbound control.
If you set it's Enabled property to Yes, and it's Locked property to
No, clicking on the control will open the spreadsheet.

If Fred's response isn't what you were thinking of, how about
DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acLink... ?
