linking worksheet information

how can i link the information from one spreadsheet to another, so that the
data will change on both pages when info is updated?

Select the relevant cell in the destination sheet, type = to start the
formula, go to the source sheet, select the relevant cell (which will
include that cell's reference in the formula in the destination sheet), and
accept this.
