linking worksheets

I have a few spread sheet for sales reps that need to be linked to the main
spread sheet. Can I link the spread sheets to where when I update the main
one it will automatically update the others?

Also, is there a way to copy the format of the main sheet (including
formulas & cell widths) to new sheets?
