links are not active in email

Links in my email, which should show up blue and I should
be able to click on them to open IE to that link does not
work. No links that should be active are working. Not
hyperlinks or email addresses. I am using Outlook 2002.

I've exhausted my knowlege in configuring this. Please
help.

Try this: In Internet Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset
Web Settings.

Tools, Options, E-Mail Options

Make sure "read all standard mail in plain text" is not selected.
