links barmultiplies or won't go on page

I made a links bar that is in the shared verticle boarder of all my pages.
when I go to edit the pages and then save them,the links bar not only goes
on the shared border but on the other side of the page as well. On some of
the pages, it multiplied so much that I have links bars acrossed the entire
page and they wiped out all the content! I had to delete 2 pages because of
this.
Also I can't get the links bar to go on my indexhtml. and when I try to
edit that page, the whole program closes out. Can you use link bars on your
home page?
my webiste is www.slatelady.com. I left one page on witht the double links
bar as asn example click on "cut slate for crafters" to see it. thanks

First you need to clean the mess you have there.
Remove the angelfire add as instructed.
You have more than one <body> tag. That causes the dupplication of
shared borders you see.
Also you shouldn't use shared borders with a frameset.

I would advice you to start over so you can get rid of all the mess in
the HTML code and get yourself a real host that doesn't insert stuff in
your pages.
