Links Between Projects Dialogue Box

I have created a project that contains links to nine other projects.
Everytime I open this project I get the Links Between Projects Dialogue Box
pop-up with a list of changes. I've hit accept on them all and saved the
project yet everytime I open that project I still get that dialogue box
telling me to accept changes that I have already accepted. Is this a bug?

Please help :)

Thanks Jan, but unfortunately it's not an issue of hiding the box. It just
seems that the "Accept" & "All" buttons aren't working. Is this a bug?
