Can you set up a link on page 1 that points to a bookmark on page 2?? Like
the name of a recipe as the link and the recipe itself as the bookmark but
on another page?

Yes,

pagename.htm#bookmark

You may need to have the page with the bookmark open in FP when you create the link.
