Links do not open in IE

I have a problem opening links in e-mail in Outlook 2000.
This morning all links were working fine, but this
afternoon, the same links do not work. The pointer just
sits there when you click on the link, and IE does not
open. I can copy/paste into Word or the Run box, and IE
opens and the page is displayed without problem.

Help Please!
