Here is a good one for Brian Tillman.Running Windows XP and Office
Professional.Sometimes when clicking on a link it opens to the web page, but
99% of the time "Internet Connection Wizzard" pops up and tells me to
configure my connection.Connection is from home on RoadRunner with no
problems(did have dialup) and the "connection wizzard" won't work anyway.I
can paste into broswer but some links are just words with no url link.Help
please.

Off the top of my head I can't think what may cause this. Try resetting the
web registry settings with Internet Explorer's Tools>Internet
Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
