links inside Outlook not working

I am running Outlook 2002.
When someone sends me a web page link inside a email, the link will not work.
It will always sends me to a Autocad Arch. 2008 Migration Assistant.
This has been going on for three or four months.
Does not matter who the email is from.
Has anyone else had this problem?
How about a fix?

Perhaps you need to fix your HTML protocol associations.
