links not working in HTML format

Hi,
I create a HTML newsletter with a "click here" link , it 2003 when I was
copy and paste that in the body of an email recipients could clcik on the
link which opens a new blank email with a certain recipient, this function
dosn't work in Outlook 2007( clcik here link dosn't work). Any suggestions?
