Links not working in Outlook 2002

Can't "link" inside Emails, get PopUp Internet Explorer
6.0 Setup- which reads-Command Line Option Syntax error,
Type Command/? for Help? (up till yesterday clicking
Links resulted in failure to Link and Adobe Reader poping
up, I uninstalled Reader and get along with Acrobat
Reader opening Artwork, but I still cannor Link). Any
thoughts, I don't know who to follow above instructions
and don't know what it would result in if I did? Thanks.
