links not working outlook 2002

[Lintom]

When I click on any link in email it opens a window but will not connect.
Also another screen opens that says Open Link Browser with My Documents in
main body of screen. Help!

Point it to IEXPLORE.EXE and/or reset your default browser in Windows.
