Just right click on your links, select Hyperlink properties and then look
for target frame. If it is set to target default none, it should open in the
same page.
You might have accidentally selected New window at some point and then FP
defaulted to this.
That was exactly the solution, thankyou. A part of the problem is still
with me however. I have a footnote frame. These bottom frames build
up as one links to and fro through the pages.
