Links to areas on same page

How can I create links at the top of a page that will redirect to an area
farther down on the same page. An an example of what I'd like to do can be
found at the following MS page (Please note the links under 'On This Page'):

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/technologies/terminalservices/default.mspx

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

It's called a Bookmark.
You highlight a word, create a bookmark and then link to the bookmark
