Links web part on PWA home

I am trying to add a Links web part on our PWA home page. When I click to add
a web part, the list does not contain a links web part. However, if I
navigate to a project workspace and click to add a web part, a different set
of web parts is available, including a Links web part.

How can I get this Links web part to be available to the PWA main page?

To add a links list web part, the links list has to exist on the PWA site.
The reason you see it on the project workspaces is because the project
workspace template includes an out-of-the-box links list.

To create a new links list on PWA
1) Go PWA home page
2) Go to "Site Actions>Create"
3) Click on "Links" from the Tracking menu
4) Give it a unique name like "PWA Links List", decide whether you want the
list to display in the Quick Launch or not (this can be changed later) and
click Create
5) Now you will see this new links list available as a web part in your PWA
web parts list under "Lists and Libraries"

Thanks. I had created a links list and tried a different way to get it to
show up. I did not notice it as an availble web part.

I knew there was probabaly an easy way to do this and this produces exactly
what I was after interms of final effect.
