Links Will Not Display?

I

IC_Clearly

On some machines the links in the FP2K web site will not download. Plus,
the entire site seems a little slow considering it is about 99% text.

Any ideas on the links and any other suggestions would sure be appreciated.

Thanks much.

Hover buttons require Java Virtual Machine which can be
downloaded from http://java.sun.com
However, most people have quit using Hover Buttons
because windows XP / IE6 do not come with JVM installed.

Maybe I don't C too clearly, but the site looked fine, and all the links
worked properly.

What exactly do you mean by "links....will not download?" Hyperlinks don't
download. They just sit there. When you click on them, they request another
page. So, what did you mean exactly?

I upgraded to FP2003 and used interactive buttons in lieu of hover buttons
in FP2000. Does this solve the problem that some machines may not have the
correct version of java and consequently will not display hover buttons
(from FP2K)? In other words, are the buttons at this site now readable by
all?

Yes, since the IBs use JavaScript and not Java which is used by the Hover button applet.
