I have a "Master" workbook that does some calculations
based on data that is entered into a couple of "Daughter"
workbooks. If I move the location of one of
the "Daughter" workbooks, the "Master" loses the link to
that "Daughter". Now when I open the "Master" it prompts
me to browse to the new location of the "Daughter".

I browse to the "Daughter" and everthing works fine.
However, I am tired of having to do this everytime I use
the "Master". Is there a way to refresh the links, so
that it remembers the new location of the "Daughter"?

Have you try Edit links in the menubar?

When you save the Master with the new location of the Daughter, doesn't it work
ok--well, until you move it once again????
