Liscense for 3 PCs

Ok, so my family purchased Office Home and Student for our personal use. Our
product key is licensed for use with 3 PCs. However, I frequently format my
laptops internal HDD and was wondering if this key would no longer work to
reinstall it because it would view it as a fourth PC when it is actually just
the third.

Well, this laptop gives me alot of problems with my friends rc1 of vista ( he
is a beta tester and wanted to test it on a laptop but didn't have one).
However I am getting an Acer Ferrari 5000 next week and just purchased Vista
Ultimate (Bill Gates version too :D ) so I probably won't format as much.
