List connected reports, tables and queries.

My database has grown massively, and I want to clear any redundant tables,
queries and reports that have since been superceded.
Is there a way the acces can give me a breakdown of connected reports,
queries and tables to help me isolate those that are no longer needed?

Access 2003 has an 'Object Dependencies' feature - right-click an object in
the database window and choose 'Object Dependencies' from the pop-up menu.

If you're using an earlier version - or if you're using Access 2003 but
require more functionality than the built-in feature provides - there are a
number of third-party utilities that can help ...

Find and Replace (www.rickworld.com)
SpeedFerret (www.moshannon.com)
Total Access Analyzer (www.fmsinc.com)

Care is needed, however, because none of these utilities can detect every
possible dependency. No matter what utility you use, you still need to back
up before deleting each object, and test thoroughly afterward.

Brendan,

Thanks for responding so quickly. This will be a great help.
