List in Front Page

How do I create a list that will show up when I highlight
a category. For example a list of program to show up when
I click on the headline PROGRAMS. Thanks

You create a table with the content on page, and then link to that page. If hosted on a Windows IIS
server with ASP, then you could do this with the FP database components, as well.
