Hi All, I am in search of a template or help on setting up a database to
manage and control an outbound department where I need:
1) to be able to import lists and allocate to staff or allow a general list
where the staff member will "pick it up" and it will automatically allocate
to the person.
2) Run Different Campaigns
3) Draw reports etc
4) Have exception alerts

Etc, Etc

Please Please help
