list of Holidays for 2006 and beyond for Outlook

How do I get a list of holidays for 2006 and beyond for Outlook 2002? In
2002 Microsoft said they would have such a list "shortly" for use in Outlook.

According to this article MS is going to provide an updated list:

I don't see it on the Office site yet, though
