List of Markup always printing

With certain documents that use "Track Changes" (not all),
when you do a File, Print and choose only "Document"
or "Document showing markup" under Print What - we also
get the List of Markup printing at the end of the
Document. What is causing this and/or how do we print the
document or document showing markup only - without the
List of markup printing at the end.
