List of sharer files

Is there any way to get some kind of report showing the list of sharer files
that are attached to a resource pool? I know I can see it under Tools, Share
resources. But I would like to be able to print that list...

Agneta,

In the Share Resources dialog, there is a Open All button which opens all
the sharer files.
In this new window, Click the Show button then select Outline Level 1.
You can print this view.

Thanks! What happens if some of the sharer files is not there anymore,
meening that the file is moved or deleted but somone forgot to take it away
from the list in the Pool. Will the name of that file still be there if I
"Open all" ? / Agneta

Agneta,
In the Share Resources dialog, not far from the Open All button, there is a
"Break Link "button: select the project which is no longer a sharer one and
click Break Link.

Hi, I know that I can Break link that way. My "problem" is that there are
other PMs that makes new copies of their sharer files and forget to break the
link to the old one. Then the resource summaries of course is wrong. What I
want to do is to get a list of all the sharer files, send that list to the
other PMs and ask them what "old" files we should break the link to (if you
understand what I mean). So, if I do Open All, will the "old" ones names be
there? / Agneta
