http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=208283 says that Office 2000 Developer
has it as part of mscomctl.ocx (which is Microsoft Windows Common Controls
6.0), but it can also come from comctl32.ocx (Microsoft Windows Common
Controls 5.0)
It's not included as part of Office 2000, though, other than the Developer
edition.
