Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel I am creating a personal checking account file. I have a column for the Payee and one column for the category. What I want to do is when I put in the payee I want the category to populate automatically based upon who the payee is. Can someone tell me how I can do this.
