Listbox as control for subform

On the left side of frm_Main, I'm trying to build a listbox containing all
the JobIDs and tblLastNames from tbl_Main so that when you highlight (or
double-click) on any of them, the remaining fields from that record are
populated into frm_Detail which is a subform on the right side of frm_Main.
How do I get it to list those two fields from ALL the records (not just the
current record)? I could also use some advice on how to make the subform,
frm_Detail, populate itself based on which record is chosen from the listbox.
